Things are being shaken up drastically for a little bit while I rearrange my life and this shop. No ready to go cards or gifts will be showing yet but will be coming in a little while. You can still order any custom cards or gift boxes via the contact me form in the meantime.

Gift boxes, letters, and customised requests are made to order. This means that they can take longer to organise and source all the different parts and get picked up by the courier. I get the old “covid” excuse with things getting to me or being out of stock so it’s the only excuse I can pass on to you for similar delays. If anything will take longer than two weeks though I’ll be in touch to let you know what is taking so long and confirm any options if you don’t want to wait or want to substitute something else.

Simply let me know what you want written in your card during checkout and you can send your handwritten card straight to your recipient instead of via you.

Cards and gifts for sale with a photo are put up on the site when they are ready to be posted. The image you see is of what you will be sent and it will be sent within a couple of business days depending on when I get to you order and how quickly the courier can pick it up.

Sometimes multiples of the same card or item will be made; but most often there will only be one of anything available. You may wish to subscribe to my regular email so you can see new products as they are available as it will be first in first served, I’m afraid.

Pretty much anything can be requested as customised. Just get in touch via the contact form or email me at support@dontknowgifts.com and I can discuss what I can confirm BEFORE you order a custom item. If you want something very specific and will not be happy with different patterns, colours, or substitutes please get in touch first before you order so I can confirm if I can provide exactly what you want.

Otherwise, once you’ve ordered a custom product I will do my best to match what you want but I may not be able to match exact products/paper patterns/colours/embellishments etc. and may need to substitute with what I can do.

Yes, you probably can and I encourage you to do so! Handmade gifts are amazing and mean so much more than mass produced cards and collections. My prices are higher than you would face if you made gifts yourself because I have to cover the cost of the products (I have no sponsorships or discounts), GST, shipping of items I can’t collect myself and have to order in, my time to make / shop / source / craft / sew / research each item.

Please by all means go and make your someone something as they will treasure it. But if that’s something you don’t quite have time for, check out what is available in the shop.
